We leave for Christmas holidays until Jan-2nd.

I’m in hurry to pack my luggage, so here is important info in short:
1. We leave for Christmas holidays until Jan-2nd. Nobody will be in office. I also can’t answer your emails and blog comments.
2. All orders collected until today (Dec-21, Wednesday) has been processed and shipped out. Automatic email with tracking number should be in your inbox (for all orders shipped before Tuesday).
3. We can’t provide tracking numbers for standard mail orders that were shipped yesterday and today (Tuesday-Wednesday Dec 20-21), because post courier service provide us tracking numbers in 1-2 days after shipment. But please, don’t worry – your orders have been shipped!
4. We are giving discount to all our products until the end of our holidays. You can place order now and save some $. All collected pre-orders placed during this period, will be shipped out on Jan-2nd.
5. I remember that I promised to publish PIC controller firmware and Android ICS demo and instructions. Will do it right after coming back from vacation.

    I have placed my order on 25th of November.
    You have posted on 7th of December that shipment has been started.
    Now it is 24th of December and I did not received any note / confirmation / e-mail about my order.
    If I check the status of it it says that the payment has been confirmed, but my order status is NEW.
    What does this NEW mean?
    Have my order not even been processed yet?
    It is really strange and makes me disappointed.
    A short e-mail letting me know that something has happened with my order would be really appreciated.
    Also a more meaningful status could help a lot.

      Blaise, please drop email to me with your Order ID – I can’t find your order by name. But I’m sure that all orders from November has been shipped. We had some issues with December orders only.

    this is strange. No contact phone number to discuss the details, shipping status etc.
    I need to know, if the touch-screen LCD is compatible with Pandaboard-ES ?, do you charge sales tax for California or Texas ? & more questions. Is there a number I can talk to a live person ?

      We are in Malaysia, and we have night when you have daytime in US. Yes, this LCD bundle is compatible with PandaBoard-ES. We don’t charge sales taxes. You can always drop email to me if you have any additional questions.
